Shipping & Turn Around Time:
TAT: All of my items are made special just for you at the time of your purchase. This means nothing in my shop is ready to ship. However, I do my best to keep my turn around times as short as possible. You can always find my current turn around time at the top of my shop in the pink banner section.
Shipping time: This will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout. First class should take 4-6 days to be delivered to you. Priority should take 1-3 days to be delivered to you.
*Once packages are handed off to the post office, I have no control over them. There are delays that happen within the postal system that I cannot control. I am not responsible for any late packages due to the postal system. Please keep this in mind when ordering from me.
Custom Orders:
- I do accept custom orders between the months of January through September.
- To order a custom, please reach out via email to me. However, I do not accept all custom orders. It really depends on what the item you are wanting.
- I do not accept custom orders from October through December.
- Custom Orders will have a longer TAT than my regular items.
Pom Poms:
- All of my faux fur pom poms are attached via snap. This makes it easier for you to pop the pom pom off and wash your beanie if need be. These faux fur pom poms can not be washed or dried, they will be ruined.
- All of my yarn pom poms are handmade by me and they cannot be removed. Since they cannot be removed, any beanie with a yarn pom pom has to be hand/spot wash only! The washer and dryer will ruin your yarn pom poms.
